How payment works
Selecting a plan does not charge you. Payment is completed on the secure Dodo Payments page only after the final amount, taxes, currency and billing frequency are shown. Access is granted after a successful payment is confirmed.
Document check and Pro
A document check is a one-time purchase of one document preflight. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. New Business purchases are not offered; previously purchased access continues under its purchase terms. In the customer portal you can see the next billing date, update the payment method and cancel.
Taxes and currency
OskForge base prices are displayed in US dollars. The final amount, taxes and payment currency are shown before payment. For transactions through Dodo Payments, it acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, sales taxes, billing documents, refunds and disputes.
Refunds
OskForge does not promise an unconditional refund for a used preflight or dissatisfaction with suggested matches. A full or partial refund may be considered for a duplicate or mistaken charge, a confirmed technical failure that prevented paid access, or when required by law. Dodo Payments’ refund tool requires a refund to be initiated within 30 days of a successful transaction and returns funds to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Access and purchase management
A failed or incomplete payment does not create a purchase. After successful payment, access is linked to the buyer’s email address. Payment history, invoices, refund status and subscription management are available in the Dodo Payments customer portal.
